Sam Waltons was a very goal driven man who did what he wanted and he woud do it to the best of his knowledge. He was also very good at pretty well everything he was just one of those people that would just excel at everything he tried. He started opening stores at a young age and people would critise him for it and put him down trying to make him stop going through with his dream. But since he was a very persisten man he did not let that stop him in any way and kept moving along with his goals. He would also shot for the smallest price that he could find. He would go into places like sears and k-mart and look at there prices and then make what ever he had lower .

Which company would I choose?
Between the two companies i would go with the bobble heads because his business was already established and was going very well making about 6 figures a year. He was being a bit selfish but with the right deal making they probily could have got him to probily change his deal from being so selfish but no they tied to mess with him not meating him in the middle and no one one out of the deal. If they were smart they could have made a much better deal and things could have went much smoother.

Seth godin on sliced bread
Seth gordin believes that people who can spread an idea wins, like how people knew nothing about sliced bread and when it first came out the idea went no where but, wonder came along and learned how to spread the idea and they made a whole lot of money on there way of spreading the idea of sliced bread off a simple idea of like pre slicing bread. He also shows a web site about how there is a magazine that has 200 pages about water. Things that last are things that are remarkable, things that are about to re market and that are the things that will last. also making average things for the average people becasue there is more average people, but average people are not listening its the lower people that you need to try and sell to becuase they are listening they are looking for the deals and they want to be noticed. So in conclusion you have to be able to be on the fringe you have to be able to try something new, safe is risky. people notice things that are new, so do things that are remarketable.

Element Bars (Shark Tank)
In this episode this man is trying to get to much for something that may not be worth as much as he thinks that is like most of the people do, but he seems to be willing to deal with different sharks, The difference is that he making them answer the question he is making them make the offers to him indtead of falling into there traps to make him put out a lower number.
Also this man does not give up no matter what, becaue when the shark says he is out he does not say ok and quite he keeps trying to push them untill they change there mind about him. He goes right into the features and benefits of why the product instead of just complaining about why they have already said no. Another thing that he does not let them push him around he makes them meat him in the middle instead of him moving around to where he wants them to be. So that is a very good stratigie to play with instead of just doing what the guys there want you to do

Wi Spots (Shark Tank)
On This episode this man was giving away to much money for something that he did not talk to anyone who actually know what they were talking about for. He put his family at risk trying to make there lives better, but in doing that he could also destroy his family so he should always have a back up plan but he was not thinking about what if my business does not go through. So pretty much the lesson to learn from this man is to not waste all of your money leaving yourself with nothing unless you are for sure that 100% that you business will not fail, but since that can never happen no one should ever leave them selves with no back up plan or no saving of money to fall back on in case of failing in the business that you are trying to succeed in. Also he would have consulted with some kind of advisers to make sure that he knew what he what he was doing before he just jumped into something and if he did that that probably would have never happened
Mr.todd's Pies (Shark Tank)
In this episode this man came in wanting a lot more then he got, he had to understand his business was not worth as much as he thought it was. So he had to lower from giving only 10% of his company the the sharks, to giving 50% of his company to the sharks. Its a life lesson for everyone that sometimes your stuff is not worth what you think it is, and sometimes you have to lower your standards if you want to get what you want in life and business. The pie man also was told to give up some things like his mascaught which he was not willing to do either because the sharks thought that is coast to much. And one day he might actually have to do that but as of no he is holding on to that. So sometimes in your business you might have to be willing to give away some of your control to actually gain some control.

What I learned From Google

Google has showed me many different things in life. how they are a very succesful business that runs a fun but efficent company. Google has spread there company all over the world and has plans to try and get bigger by putting out different programs Google also at work does things for the company that makes it fun for everyone, the owner takes the whole company on a ski trip for the day, he does other things like he allows animals at work. and lots of other fun things to keep his emploies happy. Not only that I have also learned things from google just from doing google searchs my self, it has helped me with my school work, with finding out things about sports and just general questions I have in life. With out good search lots of people also would probily not find a lot of things on the web that they are looking for it is a great source to find different web sites of things that people are trying to find of the web.

Collage Hunks Hauling Junk
In making a business is key not to be greedy, to get something you have to give something in most cases. The men of hunks hauling junk were to selfish to think about what is going on around them and to think that they havent made all the money yet its just statistics that say they will. and they were expecting to get more moey then they should have wit out giving anything to the people that were willing to help them. So it is a good idea to not try ask for more then you deserve when trying to open a busines

Mark Zuckerberg
Mark Zuckerberg is a pretty amazing guy, he was only 20 years old he made facebook. It almost seems that it hasent even sunk in yet that he could be a billion air if he wanted to. It seem like he is a very humble laid back guy who does not think he is any better then his employies, he sits at the same kind of cubeical as his employies and does not make them be really early or anything. They have parties all the time and have lots of fun. One of the most amazing parts is that he started the company out of his dorm room in university. He also dropped out of university, while he was taking physicology. Mark Zuckerberg, as a young man has accomplished many things with his life, and it inspires me to think that if I want to i could also follow in his foot steps along doing something of that idea creating something that almost seems so simple in making something great, that could make me lots of money and very happy.

What I learned from Steve Jobs
Steven Jobs is a very insperational man he has done many things with his life coming from not very much. He invented apple, pixar and next. He over came thing's such as cnacer where he was first told that he not going to live for more then 3 months. Steve Jobs is just very inspirational becuase he keeps coming back from nothing. he droped out of University, he got fired from apple, but he did not let those things stop him he over came all odds to invent things like the computer, Ipods, animation pitures such as toy story, and nex. It is just very interesting that after all the great things in life that he has done he is a very humble man about what he has ecomplished with his life, and beleives in living every day just like it was his last, and if he wakes up to many days not feeling like he is doing that he decieds that he is going to make some changes in his life to make sure that his is not wasting his life, because there is no point in living life if your not going to live it to its fullest. He also beleives that people should live with there own goals not the goals of other becuase there is no point in living the life of someone else, do what you want to do with life.

What I learned from Richard Branson
Richard Branson is one of the most successful people in world, he owns many companies from virgin mobile, virgin air lines, and virgin drinks. What i have learned from his is that anyone who has a idea on changing the world can do it. If you want to make a air line that is not crowded and has great service then do that so people can be pleased on long flights. Or if you are sick of bad phone companies try and make one that makes you happy and will make other people in the world happy. Therefore just try and do something with your life that will benefit people in this world so they can have a better life.
However life is also about having a good time. Richard Branson has lots of fun doing lots of things people in this world don't have a chance to do, like bungee jumping, sky diving, and hot air balloon trips across the Atlantic. living your life to its fullest is a big part of life and we should all do it.
