Levi Giesbrecht is an entrepreneur in British Columbia was rated a third best entrepreneur. He opened his own mill and makes lost of money. The way he works is by you get paid by how hard you work. If You cut a certain amount of wood you would get paid a certain amount of money so some people in the mill would be getting paid more then double the rest of the people in different mills because they are willing to work harder then those other workers and they get rewarded with more money. Levi Giesbecht also is a pretty incredible person because by not even graduating from high school he beat all odds and became on of the biggest entrepreneurs in all of Canada.
