If people were trying to open a business they could just right on twitter that they were opening a business at a center place at a certain time and what they are selling. And everyone in the world could no if they wanted in a matter of seconds. It can be used for many other things to for people that want to find out sport states or for trying to get in touch with a friend. Twitter has many ups to the ideas that they use. The twitter inventor is "Evan Williams" he is a young man who invented twitter and feels very strongly about the impact that twitter is having on this earth. In one situation there was people who were trapped in a hotel and held hostage and were able off there cell phones to write on twitter what was happening and someone read it and they were saved. So twitter is not just for sports and getting in touch with friends it also has the ability to help save a persons life from just writing something on the Internet.
